One of our subsidiaries, TGC Ventures Limited (TGCV), is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA), under number 193171. Our regulated activities are undertaken by TGCV.

Certain of TGC’s activities are regulated. These include investment management and certain corporate finance advisory type activities.

TGCV undertakes all these activities and will enter into formal agreements with third parties on each regulated activity.
